The Clipstream® Video Encoder is needed to convert digital video into the Clipstream® Video (.vcs) streaming format. It is free to download, fully functional to use for testing purposes. Clips outputted by the Encoder are displayed with a flashing logo imposed over the image when posted on the web (though they are fully playable locally). Licensing removes this. Licensing requires a Clipstream® Video codekey from our sales department.
