With only two small changes you
can enable your email to receive Clipstream™ secure video or
audio embedded in the message itself. If you have already installed
Java requires Java installed and enabled in your browser to provide
a secure video or audio experience.
If you have not already downloaded
and installed Java, please click here
If you have a version less than 2000 your experience
may be different.
1. Launch Outlook.
2. From the menu bar, choose Tools > Options.
3. Select "Security" Tab
4. If you have Outlook XP, ensure that under "Virus Protection", the Internet Zone is selected, not Restricted Sites. -or-
If you have an older Outlook, select on the "Zone Settings" button.
Then, select "Medium Security".
5. Go up and choose the "Advanced Tab".
6. Scroll down and make sure that Sun Java is checked. *Clipstream™
continues to support legacy installs of Microsoft Java Virtual
Machine. If you have it installed, make sure it is checked.
7. Press the "OK" button to close the tab.
8. Still in the Outlook Options tab, choose "Mail Format".
9. Make sure that "HTML" is set.
10. Press the "OK" button to close the tab.
Qualcomm Eudora
If you have a version less than 6 your experience
may be different.
1. Launch Eudora.
2. From the menu bar, choose Tools > Options.
3. In the left field, scroll down and select "Viewing Mail"
4. Look to the right and make sure that "Allow Executables in
HTML" is checked.
