Description
Specifies the various attributes of the video file to be played in the following order:

• Text to be displayed in Connection Popup (String) (please note space restriction in panel design)
• Minimum Bitrate (kbps) for Auto Bitrate Detection and file selection (integer)
• URL for location and name of video file
• VideoURLs must be numbered sequentially with no number missing
