Welcome to the Clipstream™ Audio Code Generation page. This page helps you generate the Java Applet code you need to enable the Clipstream™ Audio player to properly play your audio file. After filling out this form you will have ready-made Java Applet code that you can then copy and paste into your web page HTML.

NOTE: This Code Generation page works for Clipstream™ Audio files encoded with the latest Windows version of the Clipstream™ Audio Encoder (2.06 or higher, downloaded after October 15, 2001). 1. In the Audio File field, type in the name of your audio file, before the extension (i.e. if your file is called 'test.32' or 'test.20', type in 'test'.)

If you set Auto Play to 'yes', the Clipstream™ Audio application will play your audio file without the site visitor having to click on the interface. Setting Auto Loop to 'yes' will make your clip play over and over.

To test Clipstream™ Audio on your local hard drive, use the code key 00000000 (eight zeros).

4. Your last step is to generate the code. Press the Generate Code button after you've filled out the fields and options above. Then click on the Select All button to select all the text of the Java applet code. Copy this (ctrl-c / command-c) and paste it (ctrl-v / command-v) into your html on the page where you want the player to appear.

5. Now upload your updated page to your remote site and use your browser to check your page.
